The Story
Started in Germany. Made for everywhere.
We started Archive Department because we couldn't find what we wanted to wear.
Either it was loud streetwear screaming for attention, or luxury basics with a €400 price tag for a plain tee. Nothing in between.
So we built it ourselves. Heavyweight cotton, structured cuts, considered details — the stuff your favourite pieces are made of, without the runway markup. The kind of clothes you actually wear. The ones in every photo five years later.
We don't do trends. We do pieces you'll still wear in 2030.
How We Build
Less, but better.
Most brands push out 50 new drops a season. We do drops when the pieces are right — not when the calendar says so.
Heavyweight cotton instead of paper-thin polyester. Tonal prints instead of huge logos. Cuts that actually drape. Details you only notice on the second look. That's the whole point.
