Return & Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your items, no reason needed.
• To cancel, contact us at support@archivedepartment.eu . Please include your name, order number, and item(s).
• Return the items in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once we receive the returned items, we will refund your payment, but not standard shipping costs, within 14 days.
• Every item is delivered with a tag. Once this tag has been removed, returns are no longer accepted.
• Exceptions: Customized or personalized items, and sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.
